Congress & The Golden Opportunity

Congress's has an opportunity in the difficult times

With what had happened in Jammu and Kashmir, from the pain we had taken from NRC, the wounds of demonetization still afresh, and now the agriculture ordinances. In these testing times, even a BJP supporter cannot justify these prejudiced decisions taken by the current regime. Every day the stakes are getting higher, and our democratic country is crumbling down. The need of the hour has changed, and the oldest Indian political party which is sitting in the stands has to know its responsibility in order to save our country from tyranny.

Congress will never have a better opportunity than this. But what it needs to understand is that the common man is unable to establish a connection with them. They might have the right team, with the right thought process, but their aura is unmatchable with the Modi-Shah duo. Congress has to learn a lesson from the last two electoral debacles. It has to get united and bring the established faces in light. The young leaders must step up, reshuffle and revolutionize the party because once the ice breaks the whole country will find a new ray of hope.

Only the right vision and ideology can take us anywhere near our goal. A change of plan is important as the youth of today is done with the stereotypical religious centric politics. We can’t afford a war. We don’t need bigotry. We can’t take something lesser than the already minus 23.9% GDP growth. We need diplomacy. We need consistency. We need a sustainable environment in this pandemic and efficient policymakers. Otherwise, Delhi will always be far.
